1. Acting on the behalf of our client or on our own, JWR Consulting Ltd warrant being able to supply and deliver product proposed & quoted.

 

1. In case that product shall be set in production locally or import from another country, a delivery date will be specify on receipt.

 

1. Client must inspect product on delivery and manifest satisfaction.

 

1. Once agreement already signed, both parties cannot entitle to cancel this sale (for whatever the reason) as a result of breach of contract.

 

1. If client cancel his sales contract, no refund of down payment will be effect.

 

1. On delivery, product shall correspond to descriptions and references.  

 

1. All account is payable as at date indicated on receipt. An interest of 10% per month shall be applied against outstanding amounts. In case of contract agreement signed for consulting services, if fees is not paid on the mentionned date, a penality of 7% will be applicable per day.

 

1. JWR Consulting Ltd does not accept any blank, post-date or guarantee cheque.

 

1. Our documents are draft in respect of the Mauritian Law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with any agreement shall be resolved “à l’amiable’. In case of no success, the matter shall be transfer to the party most able to solve the situation, the Mauritian Courts.

 

10.  These terms and conditions are applied automatically to all receipts, invoices and contracts and is

        not a must to be written on paper, as client shall have visited the web site and take notice of   

        informations regarding the business to be sign. (Prior guidance to visit the web site shall be   

        recommended by JWR Consulting Ltd, either verbal or by e-mail.
